Ground Beef Tip- Drain off the grease easily.
After browning hamburger, push the meat to one side of the skillet and tilt the pan so the grease runs to the opposite side. Then you can easily draw out the grease with a turkey baster.
This saves having to wash a colander and I'm all about not washing dishes I don't have to! *smile*
